Purpose

Manage warehouse operations, stock receipt, dispatch, and facility maintenance. Ensure stock accuracy in ERPNext.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive stock in ERPNext (Purchase Receipts, Stock Entries)
• Process stock dispatch and transfers in ERPNext
• Conduct weekly cycle counts and reconcile with ERPNext
• Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness
• Manage grounds and facility maintenance
• Report stock discrepancies immediately

KPIs

• Stock accuracy rate (cycle count vs ERPNext)
• Stock receipt processing time
• Dispatch accuracy rate
• Warehouse organization score
• Zero negative stock incidents
