Purpose

Oversee daily operations including production, stock management, order fulfillment, and logistics. Ensure smooth flow from production to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage production scheduling and SCO2 technical operations
• Oversee warehouse operations and stock accuracy
• Ensure all stock movements are recorded in ERPNext
• Manage logistics and delivery scheduling
• Resolve operational bottlenecks
• Maintain ERPNext stock levels accurately (no negative stock)
• Generate daily and weekly operations reports

KPIs

• Stock accuracy rate (cycle count vs system)
• Order fulfillment rate (on-time delivery)
• Production output vs target
• ERPNext stock variance (zero negative stock)
• Daily task completion rate
