General Manager — Velobiotics

Purpose

Overall leadership and strategic direction of Velobiotics. Responsible for P&L, team performance, and achieving the company's growth targets toward R1B valuation.

Key Responsibilities

• Set and execute company strategy in alignment with the R1B valuation goal
• Oversee all departments: Sales, Operations, Warehouse, Finance, Marketing
• Manage P&L and cash flow
• Ensure ERPNext is the single source of truth for all business data
• Lead weekly management meetings and monthly performance reviews
• Approve major purchases, discounts, and credit terms
• Ensure statutory compliance (SARS, BCEA, OHS Act)

KPIs

• Monthly revenue vs target
• ERPNext data quality score (weekly)
• Team task completion rate
• Cash flow position
• Debtor days
