Bookkeeper — Velobiotics

Purpose

Maintain accurate financial records in ERPNext. Process payments, reconcile bank, manage AR/AP, and ensure financial data integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture all payments in ERPNext (Payment Entries)
• Reconcile bank statements against ERPNext records
• Match payments to open invoices (AR and AP)
• Process remittance advices and handle debtor deductions
• Generate weekly AR aging and AP aging reports
• Ensure all journal entries are accurate and documented
• Maintain VAT records and prepare EMP201 submissions
• Process payroll in ERPNext (monthly)

KPIs

• Bank reconciliation completion rate (weekly)
• Invoice matching rate
• AR aging accuracy
• Payroll processing timeliness
• ERPNext data quality score (financial module)
