B2C Manager — Velobiotics

Purpose

Manage the B2C/eCommerce channel. Ensure Shopify orders sync correctly to ERPNext, manage customer queries, and grow online sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor Shopify-to-ERPNext sync (no duplicate customers)
• Process B2C orders and returns in ERPNext
• Manage customer support queries and complaints
• Coordinate with marketing on promotions and campaigns
• Generate weekly B2C sales reports
• Maintain eCommerce product listings and pricing

KPIs

• B2C monthly revenue vs target
• Shopify sync error rate (duplicate customers)
• Customer satisfaction / complaint resolution time
• Order processing time
• Return processing rate
